　　难道我要重新写“introduction”？。虫虫们，帮我看一下，这是审稿人的意见，是要我重新再写introduction吗？太悲催了吧！
The introductory paragraph about "novel" chemical nucleases seems to have nothing to do with the title compounds. It should be removed and repalced with some discussion of related Cd complexes. A chemical scheme for the ligand should be added.
