两个审稿人意见不一，编辑让认改还有戏没？

　　两个审稿人意见不一，编辑让认改还有戏没？。两个审稿人一个是据稿，一个是修改后发表，编辑让认改，邮件如下
thank you for submitting your manuscript to international journal of impact engineering. i have completed the review of your manuscript and a summary is appended below.
as you can see, reviewer-1 rejected the paper and reviewer-2 also pointed out the need of careful analysis of the experimental/numerical results. in overall, you need to demonstrate new/important contributions to the understanding/knowledge of the studied subject.
please take this opportunity to make significant improvement of the paper, which will be reviewed again and decision will be made based on reviewers recommendations.
when resubmitting your manuscript, please carefully consider all issues mentioned in the reviewers comments, outline every change made point by point, and provide suitable rebuttals for any comments not addressed.

编辑让再投的话说明编辑感兴趣按照审稿人的意见修改，补充数据再投，可能会再找个审稿人而不是送给拒稿的这个

主要那个拒稿的那个审稿人有两个意见确实没法改，这会不会影响编辑的决定

我投的RSI，跟你的情况一模一样，那个审稿人的意见根本就没法满足，但是我感觉主编对我的文章还是感兴趣的。能回答的尽量委曲求全地回答吧。不报希望了。如果退了再投别的期刊。
