　　Process Biochemistry很牛吗。最近被Process Biochemistry给拒了，编辑是上海交大的钟建江教授，两个审稿人，一个说可以，一个拒。

80％应该没错，据说中国的稿子在老钟手里有60％没有送审就被他毙掉了

中国人做编辑的SCI最好别投到他的手里，那样被拒的可能性增加一倍。我有过这种经历，有一个还算知名的期刊，前先投摘要，让任意一个编辑先审，我当然是先投到中国人手里了。但是被他拒了，不让我投这个期刊。我就又换了一个外国编辑试一试，结果是别人让我。我后，经过一系列的审稿、修改，最后接收了。
