三次被拒，竟有如鄙人之如此倒霉人也

　　三次被拒，竟有如鄙人之如此倒霉人也。文章已被拒三次，分别是不同期刊。第三次收到意见时，真是晕倒，竟有如鄙人之如此倒霉人也！意见如下：
I already rejected this paper twice when it was submitted to an international journal. In the second review I found that the authors were ignoring my very relevant suggestions from the first rejection. Hence, I do not want to spend more of my time on this work which is of little if any scientific merit.

审稿人意见很无聊，没有提到点子上。我感觉是审稿人没怎么看懂文章，就找理由把我拒了。如果按他的意见修改，会很麻烦，于是就改投其他刊物。没想到这么倒霉
