CD concentrations are two (new) separation variables as it also are pH, voltage, ionic strength, or injection volume. This is an interesting and novel proposal. There are two conceptual lines that could be followed to optimize them: investigating the dependencies of the mobilities on the different variables – e.g. mu vs [CD1], mu vs [CD2], mu vs pH, etc... – to compose a model predicting mu=f ([CD1], [CD2], pH, etc) to finally optimize mathematically – e.g. by maximization of predicted selectivities between all pairs-, or exploring empirically all the responses in all the domains of the selected variables – e.g. selectivities between all pairs at different levels within the domains of the selected variables – e.g. experimental selectivities vs ([CD1], [CD2], pH, etc..)-
这段中的mu是指前文中的mobilities及淌度么?我若是补充图表,做各化合物迁移时间与变量之间的关系图可以么?
