编辑的来信如下：
Dear Dr ,
you recently re-submitted your manuscript , thank you. I still need a detailed list of the changes which you made in response tothe reviewer`s comments.
Please send this as word doc as e-mail attachment to me.

请问这个邮件的意思是我写的回复意见不够详细，需要重新写一份更详细的 ； 还是因为上传的审稿意见是docx格式，需要重新提交一份doc格式的？

除了你的修改稿，你还要写一个Word，里面是你修改的内容，比如几页几行你把什么修改成了什么之类的，从第一个修改的地方逐一列出来
