　　real time prc。最近投了一篇文章，其中一个实验是有qPCR做的，绝对定量，但是审稿人问了一个问题不知道如何回答:there is no control for the PCR itself; hence, the overabundance of A gene over B gene could be due to PCR or primer bias, a more efficient PCR reaction with A gene primers, or a number of other experimental issues unrelated to gene abundance. 问题是做绝对定量的时候都用质粒做了标准曲线的，所以应该说扩增效率并不影响实验结果吧（除非扩增效率过高或者过低）。对qPCR不是特别懂，望大神指点啊。
